Concrete repairs

Carry out concrete repairs and supply coating system.

Structural concrete repairs

BRIGHTON - LOCAL CHURCH BUILDING
Install a second floor, supported by new steels drilled and fixed
to concrete frame. Break out area around damage and
replace/re-tie/shutter and use micro concrete to repair detail.

We also offered a scanning service which would determine
where steel bars run which were marked out on the building
and sites plan.

Crack/resin injection & stitching

WORTHING COUNCIL - COLONNADE HOUSE
Repairs to façade. Prepare area and apply facade membrane
system. Treat corroded window frames and re-seal.
Stitch tie main detail above shops with stainless steel ties embedded
in epoxy high strength mortar.

Carbon fibre, plate/wrap application

Corrosion control (sacrificial anodes)

WORTHING - PUBLIC CAR PARK
Concrete removed from beams, and corrosion inhibitor applied.
Coated and fire protected.
