Facade membrane coating systems

WORTHING - COLONADE HOUSE
Timber supports have rotted and the weight of the render and stone
has caused cracking along the façade.

External liquid coating applied and isolated repairs carried out.
Reseal to all window details.

Industrial resin floor screeds and coating

PORTSMOUTH - PALL UK SITE
Break up existing floor and remove soft concrete.
Lay new polyurathen chemical resistant flooring system.

Resin car park decking systems

PORTSMOUTH - UNCOVERED CAR PARK
Carry out re-screeding followed by laying of car park decking system.

Joint sealants & expansion joint repairs

WOOLWORTH AND CO-OP SITES
Problems with forklifts running on uneven ground.
Expansion joints in the floors were worn.

Although this project needed to be guaranteed for 12 months only
The work carried out by us was given a five year guarantee and
still shows no sign of wear as of 2005.

Stone restoration & stone hardening

CANTERBURY - DEBENHAMS (GRADE 2 LISTED)
Structural steels supporting the main terracotta façade have
corroded and lifted the detail. All stone detail was removed,
numbered, and photographed. Structural steels were replaced and
terracotta façade rebuilt.
